“Country Inn at its finest”
Quaint and romantic situated within the forested town of Ivoryton Connecticut lies the luxurious Copper Beech Inn. This distinguished bed and breakfast has a European flavor complete with rich wood, sparkling crystal, oriental rugs and fresh cut flowers. Beyond its fine appointments Copper Beech boosts an award winning, four star restaurant. This country inn is the perfect place for an intimate wedding. Their picturesque garden and patio create a wonderful backdrop for a ceremony and of course, photographs. We at Mystic Shoot the Cake find the Copper Beech Inn to be a refined and elegant venue to host your Connecticut wedding.
We were thrilled to photograph Joe and Vera’s wedding last Sunday at the Copper Beech Inn in Ivoryton, CT. Though there was a threat of torrential downpours and gail force winds, the sun did shine through, and the day was stunning (that’s what you get when you pay your weather bills). These Trinity College sweethearts were a joy to photograph and the Copper Beech Inn was the perfect setting for their celebration. Joe and Vera’s unique invitation was designed by Heather and Nathan from Arak Konofsky Studios, Vera’s stunning flowers were designed by Allison Sloane from Ashleigh’s Garden and as always, Executive Chef Tyler Anderson prepared a delectable feast. And of course, Copper Beech Inn manager Michael Audette and his wife Fabienne made sure everything ran like a clock, perfect in every way.
